Seeds are sown 3–4 weeks before planting in the ground. Young seedlings need light, temperature, moisture and fertilizer. Feed with complex formulations containing nitrogen.
During the transfer to a permanent place, night frosts are excluded. At 1 m2 3–4 plants are planted. It is recommended to install trellises; plants feel better on them, receiving more air.
Loosening provides oxygen access to plant roots. Mulching the beds will retain moisture. For irrigation, take only warm water and water after sunset.
Irregular harvesting of vegetables reduces the overall harvest volume.
Suitable for growing in greenhouses and open ground.
Use in home cooking, yield
The Merchant F1 cucumber is used for any purpose; it is used for winter preparations, canning, and pickling. Eaten fresh in salads.
The harvest volume is high. If all requirements of agricultural technology are met, 9 kg of cucumbers are obtained from 1 m2.

As the characteristics show, cucumbers are not susceptible to powdery mildew and olive spot.For other diseases, preventive treatment is required. They use folk remedies and chemicals.
