- efficiency of germination.
Before planting, the seeds are disinfected with ready-made chemicals “Tiram” or “Benomin”. It would also be a good idea to soak the seed in a solution of microelements for 12 hours the day before planting. Cucumber planting pattern: 50 by 50 centimeters, depth: one and a half to two centimeters.
First, Berendey's crops are covered with film to protect them from sudden night frosts, and then harvested when the first shoots appear. When there is an abundance of sprouted greenery, the seedlings are thinned out.

- unfolding of the cotyledons indicates that the seedlings need to be moved to a place where the temperature is + 18 instead of + 25.

Seedlings need to be watered regularly and complex mineral fertilizer applied to the soil once. During the week of transferring the seedlings to “freedom”, experts advise lowering the temperature even further, to + 16 - to harden the crop. When the earth warms up to 18 degrees under the sun, you can start moving the seedlings to the beds in the greenhouse. Plants are planted at a distance of one and a half meters from each other. After planting, abundant watering is carried out.
Due to its unpretentiousness and the possibility of growing Berendey in shaded areas, it is possible to cultivate the variety on a windowsill, balcony or loggia. However, there is no need to abuse this. A place that is too dark may not have the best effect on the shape of future cucumbers: they grow crooked, with small tubercles. In addition, they will have a pale light green color. If the balcony is on the south side, then you should definitely consider shading for the plants.

Features of cultivation
Caring for a hybrid is quite traditional:
- you need to water with warm water, preferably at sunset (in a greenhouse, the frequency of watering depends on the temperature inside and outside and the level of light);
