- kilogram of cucumbers;
- four peppers;
- three liters of water;
- 100 ml vinegar;
- 120 ml oil;
- 120 g sugar;
- 80 g salt;
- two bay leaves;
- 60 g mustard.
Before preparing pickles with mustard, you should start creating a brine. To do this, place the pan on a gas stove and fill it with water and salt. The liquid is brought to a boil and stirred until the salt is completely dissolved.
After this, you can cut the cucumbers. We cut them not too large so that they fit in the jars without any problems. It is recommended to cut them into small round slices. Then the parsley, onion and bell pepper are chopped. The crushed ingredients along with mustard seeds are added to the container and filled with the prepared brine.

Before pickling cucumbers in Polish, you need to prepare the ingredients. To make the pickling look appetizing and tasty, it is recommended to use small cucumbers. They are soaked for three hours and cut into small pieces. After this, you should start preparing the remaining vegetables. Onions and carrots are cut into small rings, and peppers are cut into strips.
Then vegetables with parsley and horseradish are placed in a liter jar. Sliced cucumbers should be added last. After this, you can start preparing the marinade. To do this, pour water into a pan and add a little vinegar with salt and sugar. To make the marinade more spicy, you need to mix it with mustard seeds. This whole mixture is boiled for about 5-10 minutes, after which it can be distributed into jars and rolled up.
With cherry leaves
The most unusual cucumber twist is made with the addition of cherry or currant leaves. You can prepare this preservation using the following ingredients:
- three cloves of garlic;
- 500 g cucumbers;
- two branches of dill;
- Bay leaf;
- three cherry leaves;
- 200 ml vinegar;
- 100 g sugar;
- 60 g salt;
- pepper.
Canning cucumbers begins with soaking them and cutting them into rings. Then the greens with cherry leaves and cucumbers are placed in the seaming container. Mustard seeds, horseradish and dill are placed on top. After this, the container is filled with brine, sterilized and sealed with lids.
