The activity of "Oplot Trio" is due to an effective combination of active compounds that provide multi-level protection.
1 liter of the drug contains:
- tebuconazole (45 grams);
- difenoconazole (90 grams);
- azoxystrobin (40 grams).
The product is available in the form of a concentrated water-based suspension, packaged in plastic containers with screw caps, 5 liters in volume.
Operating principle and purposes of use
"Oplot Trio" has a contact-systemic fungicidal effect, providing reliable protection against fungal diseases and immunization of grain seeds.
Difenoconazole is a representative of the class of systemic triazoles, acting as an inhibitor of fungal mycelium growth and sporulation. During dressing, the fungicide penetrates the seeds and spreads throughout the tissues of the sprout along the cycle of its biological development.
Azoxystrobin, a member of the strobilurin class, is effective when used in combination with other fungicides and acts on fungi that are resistant to triazole derivatives. The compound blocks the respiratory function of mitochondria and electron transport, disrupting the functioning of fungal cells. Azoxystrobin also improves the absorption of nitrogen by plant tissues, stimulates growth and increases the resistance of plantings to drought.
"Oplot" in the enhanced version "Trio" is intended for the treatment and prevention of the following infections of cereal crops:
- hard, dusty, false, stem smut;
- powdery mildew;
- fusarium;
- helminthosporiosis;
- mold;
- net spot;
- Alternaria blight.
"Oplot Trio" has an eradicating fungicidal effect, protects grain crops from a number of infections, increases plant immunity, stimulates their growth and development, and increases productivity.
Speed of exposure and period of protective action
The drug begins to act 2-4 hours after contact with the seed material and provides protection against exogenous and endogenous infection. “Oplot Trio” forms a stable protective film on the surface of the seed, maintaining fungicidal activity as the planting material germinates at all stages of plant development.
At the initial stages of the crop's growth cycle, the effectiveness of the product against root and basal rot, infections of leaves and stems remains. The product allows you to prevent ear diseases already at the stage of seed treatment. The likelihood of developing resistance to the drug is minimal.
Consumption rate and instructions for use
Seed material is processed in advance (up to 1 year before planting) or immediately before the start of sowing. Use freshly prepared aqueous dilution of the concentrate.
To prepare the working fluid, shake the canister with the drug, measure out the required amount and mix thoroughly with an equal volume of water. The resulting first dilution is added to the pickling tank, previously filled with a third of the total amount of water. Mix and add the remaining water. It is recommended to continue stirring during seed treatment.

The drug is classified as chemical toxicity class 2 (highly hazardous). Working with the composition requires compliance with safety measures.
Rules for safe handling of the composition include:
- use of personal protective equipment (closed overalls, respirator, goggles, gloves);
- restricting access to the processing area for third parties and animals;
- ensuring process mechanization;
- disposal of the waste solution in accordance with the rules for neutralizing hazardous chemical compounds;
- preventing the drug from getting into water bodies, sewage drains, and soil;
- preliminary check of the serviceability of the ventilation system in the room where the work will take place.
When the product is spilled, the surfaces are treated with a solution of sodium bicarbonate (200 grams of soda per 10 liters of water).
If signs of poisoning by the composition appear, the victim is taken out of the work area into fresh air, freed from equipment, given enterosorbent, and induced to vomit. The areas of contact of the composition with the skin are washed with soapy water, and the eyes are washed with clean water. In case of severe intoxication or deterioration of the condition, it is necessary to seek medical help.
