Instructions for use of Anchor Trio and seed protectant consumption rates

It is impossible to be sure that planting and seed materials are disease-free. Grains, seeds, tubers carry invisible, sometimes visible, but unidentified, traces of infections. For the last decade, even store-bought potatoes have not been kept for several days in the kitchen. Scab, dry and wet rot can destroy it in a matter of hours. Using the Ankera Trio disinfectant will significantly increase the safety of the crop.

Composition and release form

"Anker Trio" is a three-component seed protectant.As an active ingredient, it contains 40 g of imazalil, 60 g of thiabendazole, 60 g of tebuconazole per 1 liter. These compounds are included in the suspension concentrate, offered to the consumer in 5-liter canisters.

Mechanism of action of "Anker Trio"

Each of the ingredients in the disinfectant is a strong fungicide in itself. Thiabendazole is used to produce checkers for disinfecting cellars, vegetable and grain storage facilities before storing crops in them. The protective film formed on fruits and vegetables prevents pathogenic organisms from settling on them for six months and destroys fungi and bacteria already present on their skin. This occurs due to blocking the production of DRC and RNA, affecting microtubules, depriving the cell of the ability to synthesize a new nucleus and membranes.

Consumption rate and application rules

For aerosol treatment of grain seeding material, before the start of field work or in advance, prepare a mixture of Anker Trio seed treater with water. For 1 ton of grain, 10 liters of working fluid are used.

Etching is carried out by trained specialists.It is more efficient and economical to use special equipment produced for these purposes. The degree of etching should not be lower than 85%. With skillful work, it can increase by another 10%.

A necessary condition for high-quality grain processing is its purity. Dust, weeds and other debris are removed. Only grain whose moisture content is not higher than 15% is treated in advance. More raw material is processed no earlier than 3 days before sowing. Medium-sized grains have the best germination. They are the ones that are disinfected.

During dressing with moistening, micro- and macro-fertilizers can be simultaneously applied to the surface of the grains. Subsequent drying after such an event is not required.

Safety precautions

"Anker Trio" is dangerous for humans. Therefore, after undergoing training on labor protection and first aid rules, workers put on special clothing. One set consists of:

• waterproof overalls;
• rubber boots;
• chemical gloves;
• a tight-fitting eye mask;
• respirator

The disinfectant exhibits high toxicity, entering the respiratory tract and digestive organs. Therefore, do not take off the respirator during work, do not talk or smoke.

When it comes into contact with the skin, Anker Trio not only causes redness and rashes, but is also actively absorbed, entering the bloodstream. Therefore, even small drops of the substance are immediately washed off or soaked with a napkin or cotton wool. The area is then washed generously with soap and water.

Any disinfectant that gets into the eyes is washed out with running water for several minutes, keeping the eyelids open. Contact a doctor. Anker Trio that gets into the nasopharynx is rinsed with water and baking soda.If after this the condition begins to worsen, immediately quit work and call a doctor.

Adult employees are allowed to process grain with a disinfectant, excluding people with poor health, pregnant and lactating women.

They have lunch at a distance of 200 meters from the site where the pickling is carried out. Before doing this, carefully remove the gloves and wash your face and hands with soap. The same is done upon completion of work. Used clothing is stored in a separate closet or in bags in a storage room. The work area and contaminated dishes are cleaned with a caustic soda solution.

Storage conditions and periods

The disinfectant is kept with other pesticides in a ventilated, dark room. The packaging is always tightly closed and labeled. Anker Trio is stored at temperatures from minus 5 °C to plus 30 °C. The room is locked from random people.

Substitutes

After 2-3 years of using "Anker Trio" in storage facilities, resistant forms of pathogenic fungi and bacteria can appear. It is reasonable to periodically change the disinfectant.
