- water - liter;
- raisins – 45 grams.
Sequencing:
- Mash the blackberries and place the mixture in a wide-necked container.
- Add raisins, granulated sugar (400 grams), pour in water, stir.
- Place in a dark place at a temperature of about 20-22 O, cover with a cloth, wait 3-4 days.
- After the time has passed, pass through cheesecloth, pour into a container, fill 3/4 of the volume. Squeeze out the remainder and pour into a container.
- Pour granulated sugar (300 grams) and stir. Place a water seal on the neck; you can use a glove with one hole. Maintain at 18-25 °.
- After 4 days, add the remaining sugar and stir until dissolved.
- After 35-55 days, fermentation stops. Pour into another container using a tube, being careful not to disturb the sediment.
- Close tightly. Place in a dark room with a temperature of 4-16 °C.
Homemade marmalade
This delicious delicacy is prepared according to the jam recipe, but you need to add gelatin to it: 20 grams per 1 kilogram of berries. First add 50 milliliters of water to the gelatin, heat it after swelling and pour it into the hot berry mass. Place in prepared molds or sterilized containers.
Drying berries and leaves

Liquor

- vodka – 1-1.2 liters;
- water – 400 milliliters;

- lemon zest - optional.
Sequencing:
- Pour boiling water over lemon and wipe. Using a knife, remove the zest, without the white part.
