Instructions for use of Strike Forte fungicide and preparation of working solution

According to the instructions, “Strike Forte” is a fungicide for grain crops and rapeseed. The drug has a unique composition. The active substance prevents the proliferation of new microbes and kills old ones. The product is widely used for industrial purposes and in private gardens. The second option is less common, since summer residents rarely cultivate such crops in their own gardens.

Composition, purpose and release form of the fungicide "Strike Forte"

The fungicide is intended to combat fungal and bacterial infections affecting grain crops and rapeseed. It is a two-component, potent substance. Strike Forte consists of:

• flutriafol;
• tebuconazole.

In combination, the two substances have the most destructive effect on the infection. The mixture is released in the form of a concentrated suspension intended for further dilution. The manufacturer bottles Strike Forte in canisters of 5 liters and 10 liters, as well as in ampoules of 5 ml and bottles of 10 ml.

How does the drug work?

The drug is two-part. Both substances complement each other's actions. Tebuconazole penetrates fungal cells and disrupts the production of proteins. As a result, metabolism and the integrity of the cell wall are disrupted. Fungi stop reproducing.

Flutriafol is aimed at destroying adult fungal bodies. It penetrates the cells and destroys them from the inside.

Advantages and disadvantages

The Strike Forte fungicide has its advantages and disadvantages. Among the positive qualities noted:

• lack of phytotoxicity.

Disadvantages include class 2 toxicity for bees and class 3 for humans, as well as the need to take precautions.

Preparation of the working solution and its further use

Measure out the required amount of suspension. Pour it into a container for cooking. Add 1/3 of the measured volume of water. Stir the solution using a mixer or a glass rod. Bring the solution to the required volume.

Wear gloves and safety glasses while working. All work is carried out in a ventilated area or in the fresh air.

Safety precautions

When working with Strike Forte, it is recommended to follow the safety rules:

1. The hair is tied in a bun and covered with a cap.
2. Wear clothing that covers all parts of the body.
3. Rubber shoes with closed toes are used.
4. A rubber or cellophane apron is put on top.
5. Wear gloves, safety glasses, a mask or a respiratory respirator.
6. While working, you must not smoke or eat.
7. You should first make sure that there are no children or pets nearby.

Treatment is carried out in dry, sunny, windless weather.

Toxicity of the drug

The product has class 2 toxicity for bees and class 3 for humans. Requires compliance with precautions during the procedure. If you neglect them, you may be poisoned by chemicals.

If there is an apiary nearby, the use of the drug is not recommended. It is advisable to replace it with a less toxic one.

Compatibility with other tools

"Strike Forte" is compatible with other drugs. The main thing is that their validity periods coincide. It is not recommended to mix the suspension with products with a strongly alkaline or strongly acidic reaction. This reduces the effect of the drug.

How to store it correctly?

The fungicide can be stored at temperatures from 0 to +30 °C. It is forbidden to have food or medicine nearby. Choose a place inaccessible to children and pets.
