Tincture
For convenience, the selected piece of native propolis must be frozen in the freezer, then grated with a fine-toothed grater. The resulting mass is transferred to a thermos and filled with hot (up to 50 degrees Celsius) water. A tightly sealed thermos is left overnight on the central heating radiator, or the tincture is heated to the original temperature for 1-3 days.
It is not worth heating above 50 degrees, as this leads to the destruction of some of the beneficial components of propolis water.
Water solution
Before cooking, the raw materials must be cleaned. To do this, fill it with clean water for 2-3 hours. Floated pieces of debris, remains of honeycombs and bee waste are removed. The water must be drained, the purified propolis should be poured with clean water at room temperature and left to infuse for three days in a dark place.
