- 1 kg of grapes;
- 1 liter of water;
- 350 g sugar;
- ½ tsp. citric acid.
Cooking steps:
- Fill the container with berries with heated water and set aside. This procedure will clean them and preserve the skin.
- Fill sterile jars with fruits. Pour boiled water over them and leave for 10-15 minutes.
- Prepare syrup. Add granulated sugar and citric acid to water, heat the mixture to 100 °C. Cook until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour the liquid from the jars and pour the syrup over the fruits.

If you want to feel an interesting and unusual taste in this dessert, then you should definitely add spices to it. This option does not require sterilization.
Required ingredients:
- 1 kg of grapes;
- 1 liter of water;
- 300 g sugar;
- 2/3 tbsp. vinegar;
- bay leaf, cloves, peppercorns, cinnamon.
Cooking steps:
- Pour sugar into water, add bay leaf, cloves and pepper to taste, a cinnamon stick, and add vinegar.

- Cool at 15-25 °C.
