- half a kilogram of fruit;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tablespoons of liquid honey;
- 100 milliliters of vegetable oil;
- 2 tablespoons of acetic acid;
- half a teaspoon of salt;
- cilantro, parsley or other greens.
When preparing lightly salted zucchini, you can use other spices and herbs to suit your taste.
- Preparing vegetables. For the dish, only young fruits are used, on which the skin has not become rough. If they have time to ripen, then the hard peel is first removed and the seeds are removed. - Preparation of fruits. Let's cook the zucchini first. Remove hard skins and seeds from overripe vegetables. The fruits are cut into circles or divided into quarters if the length is short. After this, the vegetables are salted and left to juice for half an hour.
- Preparing greens. If desired, use greens for the sauce. The best flavor comes from cilantro and parsley. It should be noted that after preservation, greens lose their taste and aroma. 1 bunch at a time is washed and finely chopped. Add chopped garlic, vegetable oil and lemon juice to the greens.
