It is possible to salt cucumbers in an hour using a minimum of ingredients and a simple bag. For salting you will need:
- half a kilogram of cucumbers;
- a couple of cloves of garlic;
- dill to taste;
- half a horseradish leaf;
- pepper, salt.
How to cook:
- Small fruits are washed and cut into several parts (the quantity depends on the size).
- The garlic will need to be finely chopped, as well as the herbs.
- Cucumbers and herbs are mixed in a bowl, salt is added in an amount a little more than for a regular salad.

- Prepare spices: hot and allspice, cloves.
- The greens, currant leaves, horseradish are washed, the garlic is peeled and thinly sliced.
- The three-liter jar is thoroughly washed and doused with boiling water.
- Cucumbers and herbs are placed tightly in layers in a container, adding spices.
- Bring one and a half liters of water to a boil, add 3 tablespoons of salt and 2 of the same tablespoons of sugar, mix.
- Pour the hot solution into the jar, it should reach the very neck.
- Cover with a plate; you can put the container in a bowl, as liquid may leak out.
Keep the dish at room temperature, and in the morning you can enjoy delicious cucumbers.
With lime and mint
An unusual recipe that makes cucumbers very easy to prepare.
Need to:
- 1.5 kg of fruits;
- 3 limes;
- a couple of mint branches;
- dill;
- allspice and hot pepper.

- The lime zest is grated and mixed with pepper in a mortar.
- Chop the greens and mint very finely.

- salt and sugar 1 small spoon;
- 2-3 tablespoons of sesame seeds.
The dish is prepared as follows:
- Mix 200 g of soy sauce, a small spoon of vegetable oil, several large spoons of sesame seeds, and a small spoon of vinegar in a bowl.
- Prepared fruits (cut into several pieces) are placed in a container, spices are added and the prepared marinade is poured over.

With vinegar in Hungarian style
Hungarian-style cucumbers are prepared using vinegar, but the recipe is quite simple and does not require much time.
You will need:
- cucumbers – 600 g;
- salt, sugar;
- half a glass of vinegar;
- peppercorns – 10 pcs.
Sequencing:
- Place washed vegetables with their tops cut off, herbs, and various spices into sterilized jars.
