Tomato seeds of Japanese selection have occupied their niche in the seed market. Tomato Pink Bush passed the tests in our climatic conditions with dignity.
The Japanese hybrid combines the best qualities of tomatoes: taste, productivity, good immunity.
Description
Summer residents respect Japanese hybrids for their stable immunity. Pink Bush tomatoes do not pose a threat to plantations:
- fusarium;
- tobacco mosaic.
The hybrid does not suffer from heat, the ovary does not crumble when the soil humidity fluctuates.
The characteristics of the hybrid as an ultra-early ripening tomato have been proven by summer residents.The first harvests are harvested 90-100 days from the date of first germination. The yield declared by the manufacturer is also true. From 1 m² you get at least 10 kg of tomatoes.
Pink Bush is a determinate type plant. Bushes in the ground are no higher than 0.5 m, in a greenhouse their height is greater - 0.7 m. Low, compact bushes do not need to be formed or pinched.
Fruit
The fruits are pink and large. Average weight is 200 g with slight fluctuations up or down. On the first bunches, the tomatoes have a flat-round shape, on all subsequent ones they have a rounded shape. The shape of the fruit can be seen in the photo.
Characteristics of the pulp: good taste. It, combined with meatiness and a set of useful microelements, makes the fruit tasty and healthy. They are usually consumed raw.
Advantages and disadvantages
A description of the variety's advantages and disadvantages is given in the table.

Reviews
Vitaly.
This year I planted Pink Bush - a new variety for me. I don't plan to grow it anymore. It rained in July and many tomatoes cracked.

I have been growing Pink Bush tomatoes for several years now. Everything suits me. From one bush we remove up to 25 strong, round tomatoes. The tomatoes are sweet and the yield is good.
From seedling to harvest
Get an early harvest tomato is easier in a polycarbonate greenhouse. If there is heating in it, seedlings can be planted in March, and the first harvest can be had in May. This is a topic for those who are building a business on greenhouse tomatoes.
For a summer resident for whom tomatoes are a hobby, a vegetable garden is enough. After all, you can grow Pink Bush tomatoes in the ground. In any case, the soil needs to be fertile. Therefore, on the ridge before digging, without sparing, add:
- humus;
- ammophos;
- ammonium nitrate.
If the soil is clayey or heavy, the structure can be improved with sand. It is enough for 0.5 buckets per 1 m². Add one thing to acidic soil in the fall:
- dolomite flour;
- chalk;
- ash.
How to grow seedlings
Growing a hybrid for seedlings is not difficult, but it takes time. It is better to purchase soil for sowing seeds that is ready-made, fertile, loose and with normal acidity. Garden soil may contain viruses and fungi that are dangerous to young tomatoes.
If tomatoes will grow in a greenhouse, sow the seeds in February, in the ground - in March. When calculating the sowing time, remember that the optimal age of tomato seedlings when transplanting is 50-60 days. Overgrown seedlings and seedlings that have not reached the required development take root worse.
Before transplanting tomatoes into the ground, seedlings need to be hardened off. It is better to do this in a greenhouse filled with manure. Cover it with straw mats or film at night and open it during the day.
Landing
The grown seedlings, hardened for a week, are planted on a ridge in the ground (greenhouse) according to the scheme of 4-6 roots per 1 m². Denser planting is not recommended; it can reduce yields and provoke diseases.
Plant seedlings using the transshipment method. Water the tomatoes generously after filling the holes and compacting the soil around the roots.Mulch the soil with humus and do not water or loosen it for 10 days.
Care
In the future, summer care for the Japanese rose-fruited hybrid will consist of the usual work:
- Watering 1-2 times a week.
- Loosening the soil after each watering.
- Application of fertilizers foliar, root.
- Bush garter.
Advice. If you want to get large fruits or speed up ripening, remove the stepsons.
Care is not difficult, and you can get an excellent harvest of pink tomatoes. Photos of bushes sprinkled with smooth, beautiful tomatoes are proof of this.
Diseases
In rainy summers, plantings may suffer from fungal infection. Late blight can also affect tomato bushes in dry weather if crop rotation is not observed. Pathogenic microorganisms live in the soil. Late blight cannot be avoided if you arrange tomato beds in one place year after year.
To prevent diseases, arrange tomato beds where the following grew last season:
- garlic;
- onion;
- carrot;
- beans.
Good disease prevention is loosening row spacing, removing damaged leaves and fruits. Sprinkle the soil with tobacco dust to prevent slugs from damaging the fruits and leaves. Protect tomatoes from whiteflies with Confidor. The aqueous solution is prepared according to the instructions.
Conclusion
Pink Bush tomatoes will add variety to the summer menu. Hamburgers, sandwiches with cheese, salads with feta cheese and herbs are not only tasty, but also healthy. By consuming them in the summer, you can restore health, replenish the body with useful substances, and cleanse the body of harmful substances.
