Composition and release form of the fungicide "Rakurs"

The chemical contains two active substances - cyproconazole and epoxiconazole. This is a two-component fungicide that has a systemic effect on plants. The drug "Rakurs" is produced in the form of a suspension concentrate, which is diluted with running water before use.

The advantages of using "Rakurs" include:

Long-term protective effect after treatment (duration is about 4 weeks).
The solution is non-toxic to humans and insects.
The protective properties appear almost immediately after spraying.

Spectrum and mechanism of action

"Rakurs" is used to treat the following diseases:

all types of rust;
net spot;
anthracnose;
cercospora;
powdery mildew and other fungal diseases;
Alternaria blight.

Cyprocnazole has a protective and healing effect on plants. Thanks to it, the chemical dissolves well in water. Quickly penetrates the leaves (half an hour after treatment). After which it moves through all parts of the plant.

Epoxiconazole has a preventive effect. After spraying, it quickly penetrates into plant tissue through the leaves and mixes with other parts. The benefits of this substance include activity in both cold and warm weather.

The preparation also contains specific polymers, which, due to their action, ensure that drops of the solution “stick” to the sheet. After treatment, the solution completely penetrates into all tissues of the treated plants within 2 hours.

Speed of exposure and period of protective action

The drug begins to affect diseases almost immediately after treatment. The duration of the protective effect is approximately 1 month. The period may vary slightly due to climatic conditions and a number of other factors.

Preparation of the working mixture

For 1 hectare you will need 200 liters of solution. For aerial treatment - 50 liters per 1 ha. The preparation of the solution for spraying takes place in stages. First, shake the canister with the suspension thoroughly. Then the required amount of solution is poured into the tank and half the water is added. Mix thoroughly and add the rest of the water.

The optimal air temperature during processing is from +17 to +20 degrees. It is recommended to carry out the procedure 2 hours before the onset of precipitation.

Instructions for use

The solution must be used immediately after its preparation. Spraying is recommended on a dry and windless day after sunset. Or early in the morning before the sun rises.

Spraying is carried out as a preventive measure before the start of the growing season.Or at the first signs of illness at any time. Only two treatments are allowed per season.

Precautionary measures

It is recommended to spray on a windless day so that the wind does not spray the solution in all directions. To prevent the solution from getting on the skin or mucous membranes, you should wear tight, closed clothing. It would be a good idea to wear a mask and goggles to prevent the solution from getting into your mouth and eyes.

If the solution gets into your eyes, immediately wash them with plenty of running water. It is also better to consult a doctor after this. If the solution gets on exposed skin, wash it with plenty of soap and water.

First aid for poisoning

If symptoms such as headache, nausea, dizziness or any other signs begin to appear after the procedure, immediate action should be taken. The first thing to do is call a doctor. You can also drink activated carbon.

Degree of toxicity

The chemical has a moderate degree of toxicity, so before carrying out the procedure you should wear closed clothing, a mask and safety glasses. The drug is not toxic to insects. However, it is prohibited to use it near open water bodies.

Compatibility

The chemical is compatible with most other drugs, with the exception of those that are highly alkaline or strongly acidic. Before using several products at the same time, you should check their compatibility. To do this, treat the area with a small amount of substances. If the plants have not died, then you can start processing the entire field.

Storage conditions

The chemical "Rakurs" should be stored in a dark room with good ventilation, away from sunlight and food.The optimal temperature in the room where the solution will be stored should be from -30 to +35 degrees. If diluted liquid remains after treatment, it should not be stored. It should also be a place where animals and children have no access. The shelf life is 3 years.
