- 1 kilogram of bell pepper;
- 30 grams of garlic;
- 200 milliliters of drinking water;
- 100 milliliters of table vinegar;
- 100 grams of granulated sugar;
- 30 grams of rock salt;
- 40 grams of sunflower oil.
It is important to weigh all ingredients, including garlic.
Cooking step by step
Having selected all the necessary ingredients, it is important to follow the step-by-step preparation:
- Thoroughly washed and wiped vegetables are placed on a baking sheet and baked in an oven preheated to 200 ºC for 20 minutes.
- Place the peppers in a saucepan with a lid or in a bag for about 15 minutes. Next, remove the skin from the vegetable.
- After peeling, the peppers are cut into wide strips and placed in a glass container with the addition of chopped garlic cloves.
- An appetizer with garlic is poured with marinade, for the preparation of which you take olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, and hot ground pepper. The marinade can be varied with other ingredients according to personal taste.
