After this, the chopped tomatoes are laid out on a baking sheet with foil. In this case, they need to be placed with the cut down. It is recommended to add a little salt to the vegetables so that they dry better in the oven.
Tomatoes should be microwaved for about 10 minutes. During this time, you need to carefully monitor them so that they do not dry out.
You may need to remove some pieces earlier, as some tomatoes may be less juicy and will dry out faster than others. After preparing the vegetables, you should take out the cans for preservation. They are washed with water and sterilized in advance. Then all the spices, thyme and cloves are laid out on their bottom. After this, the container is filled with dried tomatoes.
