  4. Skim off any foam that forms during cooking.
  5. After finishing cooking, you need to make a puree from the resulting product. A blender is used for this purpose. If you don’t have a device, before cooking, it is permissible to chop apples and plums in a meat grinder or food processor, and then cook them.
  6. Place the hot jam into prepared jars and seal with lids.

How to properly store the finished product?

The jam is prepared in the summer but consumed on winter days, so it is important to keep the product in good condition. It is better to leave the finished treat in a cool, dark place. This could be a refrigerator or a cellar.
