How to make Pesto:

Wash the basil sprigs and drain them; by the way, you can leave the stems to add flavor to the sauce. Then you need to throw the greens into the blender, throw in the nuts and garlic. All this needs to be beaten, add one-half of the oil (from the dosage indicated in the ingredients), then lemon juice, then add a pinch of pepper and salt. Continue whisking again until the desired consistency is achieved, adding olive oil if necessary.

And now the most important thing is to prevent the sauce from spoiling, you need to add a drop of Parmesan.

  • Basil - one hundred grams.
  • Garlic (preferably fresh) - one clove.
  • A little lemon juice - a teaspoon.
  • A little parmesan - forty grams.
  • Just a little olive oil - one hundred milliliters.
  • Salt and a little bit of any pepper.

Homemade recipe:

  1. Take basil and spinach, wash their leaves, and then squeeze them dry.
  2. Then you need to take a grater and grate the cheese on it.
  3. All other specified ingredients need to be thrown into a blender and processed until you get a dense, preferably even, mass.

Italian Pesto Sauce

Required ingredients:

  1. A little bit of young basil, it needs to be collected in Genoa - one hundred and forty grams.
  2. Roasted pine nuts – sixty grams.
  3. Grated cheese: Parmigiano Reggiano - one hundred and twenty grams, as well as Pecorino or Fiore Sardo sheep cheese - eighty g
  4. Garlic cloves – 4.
  5. Cold pressed olive oil – one hundred and sixty grams.

How to prepare Pesto sauce for the winter:
