- apricots – 250 gr.;
- cherries – 150 gr.;
- sugar – 300 gr.;
- water – 2.4 l.

- The fruits are washed, dried and sent to a sterilized jar.
- Fill the container with boiling water to the top, cover with a lid and leave for 15 minutes. When the food is heated, put on a lid with holes and drain all the liquid into the pan.
- Add sugar to the drained water and cook the syrup for 2 minutes after boiling.
- The steamed ingredients are filled with the prepared syrup to the top so that there is no emptiness, and the jar is rolled up.
Assorted berries with lemon
According to the recipe, it is possible to use various berries - raspberries, strawberries, red and black currants, and serviceberry.
List of ingredients:
- various berries – 400 gr.;
- citric acid – 1 tsp;
- water – 2.5 l;
- granulated sugar – 250-350 gr.
To prepare the drink, 250 g is enough. Sahara. But when using sour berries, it is possible to increase the amount of sand to 350 g. To make the preparation sweet, add 500 grams.
Step-by-step preparation:
- Water is mixed with sugar and put on fire.
- The washed berries are dried and poured into a sterile container. Citric acid is added.
- The prepared syrup is poured into the jar and it is immediately rolled up.
- For 2 days, the workpiece is put under the blanket, bottom up.
Without sterilization
To prepare a fruit drink, you will need to take:
- 500 gr. peaches;
- 500 gr. apples;
- 200 gr. raspberries;
- 450 gr. granulated sugar;
- 3 liters of water.
Cooking steps:
- The necessary products that will be present in the preparation are selected. The raspberries are laid out on a plate and cleaned of any contaminants.
- Containers with lids are pre-sterilized.
- The prepared raspberries are sent to the bottom of the jar.
- Next, the peaches are processed. The fruits are washed well, the seeds are removed, and cut into small slices.
- Chopped peaches are laid out with raspberries.
- Apples for compote need to be washed, cored, cut into small pieces and sent to the rest of the fruits.
- Now the syrup is being prepared. Place a pot of water on the stove until it boils. The boiling liquid is poured into a jar for the assortment.
- The water should stand and cool a little. Then you need to pour it back into the pan and add granulated sugar. The syrup is cooked over low heat and stirred.
- The finished syrup is poured into a container. The jar is rolled up with a lid, turned upside down, and wrapped in a blanket for a day.
From cherries, strawberries and gooseberries
List of components for a 3-liter preparation:
- cherry – 750 gr.;
- strawberries – 200 gr.;
- gooseberries – 100 gr.;
- sugar – 200 gr.;
- water.
The washed, peeled fruits are poured into a sterile container. The pits are not removed from cherries.

From apples and grapes
To make preparations for the winter, you will need:
- 2 liters of water;
- 5 pieces. medium apples;
- 300-500 gr. grapes;
- 200 ml granulated sugar.
How to brew the drink:
- The apples are washed and sent whole to the jar. The grapes are washed and placed in clusters on the apples.
- The lids are sterilized and dried for a couple of minutes.
- The syrup is being prepared. Granulated sugar is stirred in boiling water until dissolved.
- Afterwards, the syrup is poured into jars and covered with lids.
- The containers are placed in a pan of water for sterilization. The procedure takes 15 minutes from the moment the water boils.
- The container is taken out and rolled up. Place on lids and wrap until cool.
From currants, blueberries and raspberries
The recipe includes the following ingredients:
- blueberries – 1 cup;
- black currant – 1 cup;
- raspberries – 1 glass;
- sugar – 1.5 cups;
- water – 3 l.
Cooking process:
- The berries are prepared - sorted, washed, dried.
- For compote you need to boil water, adding sugar.
- The berries are placed in a sterilized container.
- The finished boiled syrup is poured over the fruits, and the jar is immediately rolled up.
- The container is turned over and wrapped until it cools completely.
From pear and barberry
Necessary ingredients to seal the compote for the winter:
- 1 kg of pears;
- 1 kg barberry;
- 700 gr. Sahara;
- water – 1000 ml.
Cooking process:
- The pears are washed and cleared of contamination.
- The fruits are cut in half, the core is cut out, and the pulp is cut into slices.
- The barberry is also sorted, spoiled and rotten berries are removed. Barberry is washed under running water.
- Water is poured into the bowl, it is placed on the fire, and sugar is poured out.
- The water is brought to a boil, granulated sugar is dissolved.
- The ingredients are laid out in layers in clean containers, filled with syrup, and covered with a lid.
- Then the jars are placed in a pan of water to sterilize. Place a towel on the bottom to prevent the jars from bursting.
- Sterilize after boiling for 25 minutes.
- Then the container is pulled out, sealed, and placed under a blanket until it cools down.
From grapes and peaches
For the drink you will need:
- 350 gr. garden peaches;
- 150 gr. grapes;
- 2 liters of water;
- 170 gr. Sahara.
The peach is washed and peeled. If it is large, then it is cut in half and the bone is removed.
Small fruits can be placed whole in compote. Sort out the grapes, rinse and place in a jar with the peaches.
Next, prepare the syrup and pour it into the contents of the jar, cover with a lid. Leave the mixture for a day. The next day, drain the syrup, boil again and pour back into the container.
Then the jars are covered with lids and rolled up.
From cherries and strawberries
The recipe will require the following products:
- 2 liters of water;
- 500 gr. Sahara;
- 1 kg strawberries;
- 1 kg cherries.
Step-by-step preparation:
- The berries are sorted and washed. You need to remove the pits from the cherries.
- Fill the sterile container halfway with fruit. Pour boiling water to the top, close the lid and leave for 15 minutes.
- Drain the liquid from the jar into a bowl, add granulated sugar, boil and cook for 2 minutes.
- Boiling syrup is poured into a container.The container is immediately rolled up, turned over, and left under the blanket until it cools down.
