  • sugar – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • boiling water – 1 l.

Cooking steps:

  1. Cut the base into thick half rings.
  2. Line the bottom of the jars with dill and place the slices.
  3. Pour salt, sugar and vinegar into boiling water.
  4. Pour the marinade into jars.
  5. Re-sterilize. Line the bottom of the pan with a towel, fill with warm water, and keep the open jars on low heat for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Roll up.

  4. Add garlic and pepper, cook for another 5 minutes.

  • salt, sugar, peppercorns, tomato paste - to taste.

Cooking steps:

  1. Scroll through a meat grinder, mix vegetables and fruits.
  2. Heat the oil slightly in a saucepan.
  3. Add vegetable puree.
  4. Simmer over low heat with the lid closed for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  1. Mix the main ingredients with the garlic in a saucepan.
  2. Prepare a marinade from water, vinegar and oil.

Serving rules

Rolled vegetables are served at the table in the same way as pickles, adjika and caviar - as a sauce for meat dishes. It is not forbidden to spread it on bread and serve as a separate appetizer.

Terms and conditions of storage

The workpieces can be kept at room temperature (up to 20 ºC) without access to light. It will remain healthy and tasty for a year; storing it longer is not recommended.

After opening the jar, the shelf life of the snack is up to 4-5 days, so it is better to use small containers for canning.
