- 100 ml sunflower oil.
Preparation process:

- Grate carrots and sweet peppers on a coarse grater.
- Prepared water is poured into the pan and tomato paste is placed, seasoned with sugar and salt, and boiled.
- Add carrots and boil for 10 minutes.
- Pour hot water from a kettle over the pepper and leave for 5 minutes. The liquid is drained, the pepper is placed in a saucepan, and 4 large tablespoons of vinegar are added.
- The mixture is boiled for 5 minutes.

- a kilogram of fresh cucumbers;
- It is better to take 200 g of sweet pepper in two colors (red and yellow);
- 200 g each of carrots and onions;
- you will need 8 garlic cloves;
