Preparing apple jam with cinnamon does not take much time, and the result is an amazing dessert.

It’s not difficult to make this jam, but you want it to be tasty as well. To do this, you need to follow some simple but important recommendations:
- when using dark sugar, the jam will taste slightly caramel;
- It is important to periodically stir the apple mass so that it does not burn, otherwise the annual dish will have an unpleasant taste and smell;
- if desired, the skin of the fruit can be removed;
- supporters of proper nutrition can replace the sweet component with maple syrup or Jerusalem artichoke syrup;
- you can add white wine (25-35 milliliters per 1 kilogram of apples), it will give the jam a special taste and aroma;
- if desired, you can make a spicy puree by adding star anise, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg;
- Before use, the jam can be sprinkled with sesame seeds, flax seeds or nuts, but some housewives add these components during the cooking process.

To prepare you will need:
- apples – 3-3.5 kilograms;
- sugar – 1.5-1.7 kilograms;
- cinnamon – 15-20 grams;
- lemon - one.

- boil in water for 2-3 minutes: it is important to immerse in warm water so that the jars do not burst;
- fry in the oven: place containers and lids in a warm oven, heat to 170-180 O, stand for 2-3 minutes;
- fry in the microwave at full power for 2-3 minutes;
- hold over the steam: for this there are special devices for the pan, or simply hold over the neck of a boiling kettle for 2-3 minutes.
Cooking steps
There are several cooking methods. The difference is when the apple mass is crushed with a blender.
Step-by-step cooking instructions (first method):
- Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
- Wash the apples, dry them, cut them in half and remove the core.
- Cut into pieces, grind with a blender.
- Place the apple mixture into a saucepan. Pour lemon juice, add sugar. Cook for a quarter of an hour after boiling, stirring occasionally.
