How does the device work?
The manufacturer produces milking equipment for sheep, cows, and goats. Main elements of the milking machine:

Principle of operation
The device works based on the “squeezing” effect. The peculiarity of its operation is that when air is pumped into a special glass, the inner cuff compresses the nipple, squeezing out milk. When air is pumped out, the nipple unclenches.
Through pipes connected to the glasses, milk flows into cans. It takes 5-7 minutes to milk one cow. After the process is completed and the installation is turned off, you should not immediately pull the glasses off the nipples. You need to wait 1.5-2 minutes to avoid injury to the nipples and udder.
Advantages and disadvantages
The device is designed for milking one cow, or you can connect the equipment to two animals at the same time. With short breaks (3-4 minutes), you can milk 8-20 cows in succession. Advantages of the technique:

Assembly of milking equipment
The equipment is sold in disassembled form. It is not difficult to assemble the milking machine yourself - just follow the recommendations specified in the instructions:
- The nipple rubber is placed in the glasses so that the restrictive rubber ring protrudes above the edge of the aluminum glass. Milk pipes are passed through glasses.
- The device is connected to the can through holes located on the lid of the container.
- One silicone tube connects the can to a vacuum cylinder.
- The can is also connected by a tube to a manifold (plastic spout), to which the milking cups are connected.
- Through a special pulsar installed on the can, the third tube is connected to the collector (metal spout).
- A vacuum gauge that allows you to monitor the working depth of the vacuum is mounted on a vacuum cylinder. The operating indicator is 4-5 kPa.
The final stage of assembly - the can is installed on the wheelbase. Oil is poured into a special oil compartment.
Rules for using the milking machine "AD2"
Before putting the glasses on the nipples, according to the instructions, it is necessary that a vacuum depth of a certain value be formed in the cavities. To extend the life of equipment, you must follow certain rules for its use and maintenance:
- The washed apparatus is placed in disassembled form for storage;
- during assembly, it is important to ensure a strong connection of all elements;
- The milking cups must be placed securely over the udder teats.
Since cow's milk is fatty, it is sometimes recommended to use special products when washing equipment. Most often, sodium hydrochloride is used (10 ml of the product is diluted in a ten-liter bucket of water). It is important to rinse the device with clean water after using detergent.
To milk cows without possible danger, it is worth periodically inspecting the elements of the installation: there should be no cracks on the rubber elements, milk or vacuum hoses, the electric drive should be without damage.
It is also recommended to periodically check the functioning of the regulator and vacuum gauge.
Most common faults
Any equipment periodically breaks down or starts to work poorly. Some malfunctions of the milking machine can be eliminated yourself:
- Low pressure in the hoses can be caused by a violation of the integrity of the tubes or rubber elements. The malfunction can only be eliminated by replacing damaged parts;
- Problems with the operation of the pulsator often occur. As a rule, problems arise due to contamination. To solve the problem, it is recommended to disassemble the device and thoroughly clean and rinse the pulsator components. The parts must be dry before assembly;
- a problem in the form of air suction occurs when rubber components wear out. To eliminate the defect, the tubes are checked and the rubber elements are updated.
If the engine does not run, the reasons may be a lack of voltage or a problem with the vacuum pump. The issue with the vacuum pump can only be resolved by repair.
