In the room where the finished product will be stored, there should be no sudden changes in temperature, and even more so it should not fall below 0 ⁰C, but it should not be raised above +15 ⁰C.
Relative humidity, not higher than 80%, ensures that the jars will last a long time. At the same time, their contents will not deteriorate due to moisture getting inside.
