First, all the tomatoes are washed and cut into two equal parts. Then you should start preparing the apples. They are completely peeled and the core is cut out. Carrots and sweet peppers are also chopped.
All prepared ingredients are ground in a meat grinder, and the resulting mixture is poured into a large cauldron. The container is placed on a gas stove and brought to a boil. In this case, the adjika needs to be stirred periodically with a spoon so that it does not start to burn. The vegetable mixture is prepared for an hour. At the end of cooking, add a little garlic, sugar, salt and vinegar. All this is cooked for another 10 minutes, after which the adjika is poured into jars.
