- Chop the apple pulp, tomatoes and onions into pieces as large as possible. Then all this needs to be put into a pan.
- Next, you should simmer the vegetables until our onions become a little softer. Don't forget to stir from time to time.

- Several cloves - about four pieces.

Let’s start preparing ketchup with apples at home for the winter:
- First, let's start preparing vegetable crops. Wash our fresh tomatoes and divide them into 4-6 parts. The onion should be thoroughly peeled and literally divided into several parts (2). As for apples, you need to divide them with a knife into several parts, about 4, and cut out the core. To preserve the vitamins, you don’t have to cut off the skin.
- All this needs to be ground using a meat grinder.
- After this, throw it all into a saucepan and simmer over low heat for about two hours.
- To remove the peels from apples and tomatoes, you need to pass them through a sieve.
- Place all this on a low heat on the stove, add a little salt, as well as sugar and other spices, but do not pour vinegar.
- Then you need to cook the ketchup for about half an hour, stirring it regularly.
- When there are about five minutes left of cooking, pour in a little vinegar.
- Then all this needs to be scattered into pre-prepared glass containers.

What do you need:
- Five kilos of tomatoes.
- A little onion - half a kilo.
- A little pepper, always sweet (Bulgarian) - three hundred grams.
- Two pieces of hot, hot red pepper.
- A little nine percent vinegar - one hundred grams.
- A glass of sugar.
- A little salt - two tablespoons.
Let's start preparing tomato-apple ketchup:
- Take tomatoes and, of course, peppers, wash them as best as possible. The onions and peppers need to be peeled and the peppers removed from the seeds.
- We take a small container, a bowl, for example, and fill it with cold water.
- Next, in another pan you need to boil water, where you will need to blanch the tomatoes.
- When they reach the point where the skin begins to peel off easily, you need to take them out and throw them into an already prepared container with cold water.
- Next, you will have to remove the skin from the tomatoes and divide them into four parts.
- Then we divide the pepper into four parts, and divide our onion into eight parts.
- Now vegetables such as chili peppers, tomatoes and, of course, onions must be run through a meat grinder or blender.
- Stir the resulting mass and put it on the fire, on the stove.
- Now you can add a little salt and sugar and cook lightly over relatively low heat (medium) until foam begins to appear, which needs to be skimmed off.
- Cook for about thirty minutes, stirring regularly.
- Make sure the liquid is thick.
- After half an hour, pour in a little vinegar, stir well, and let it cook for about another ten minutes.
- Pour tomato ketchup into pre-sterilized jars and roll them up.
- Turn them upside down and cover with a blanket until cool.

Homemade ketchup with tomatoes, apples and spices
Ingredients:
- Four kilos of tomatoes.
- Half a kilo of Antonovka apples.
- A little onion - 500 grams.
- Nine percent vinegar - about two hundred grams.

- Literally 1⁄2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground red pepper.
- A little salt - two tablespoons.
- A little sugar - about 200 grams.
Preparation:
- Boil the tomatoes in boiling water for about five minutes. Remove the skin from them and cut them into small pieces.
- The onion needs to be peeled. Then remove the skin from the apples, then remove the core and cut them into four parts.
- Using a meat grinder or blender, you need to pass vegetables through them.
- Throw the resulting mixture into a large container and let it simmer over low heat for about two to two and a half hours.
- From time to time you need to stir the mass a little and add cinnamon, pepper, and cloves.
- When about half an hour remains until ready, add the specified amount of vinegar and be sure to stir.
- Now, as usual, you need to scatter tomato ketchup for the winter into previously prepared jars, roll up their lids and cover with a warm blanket until they have cooled completely.
Homemade ketchup with apples and apricots
Necessary:
- Two kilos of tomatoes.
- Half a kilo of apricots.
- A few apples - one kilogram, it is advisable to choose from sour varieties.
- Onions, about half a kilo.
- A little vinegar - two glasses.
- Sugar is about seven hundred grams.
- Two tbsp. l. salt.
- Large head of garlic.
Cooking:
- Tomatoes need to be washed, skinned and doused with boiling water.
- Wash and core the apples, be sure to trim the roots.
- Now take the apricots, wash them and remove the pits.
- Now you need to thoroughly peel the garlic and pass it through a press.
- Next, peel the onion and chop into small pieces.
- All the necessary vegetables and fruits will have to be chopped using a blender or meat grinder, then boiled for two hours over low heat, making sure to add salt and sugar.
- When forty minutes remain until ready, you need to add vinegar and stir.
