- you will need 1.2 kilograms of tomatoes;
- one bell pepper;
- one head of onion;

- 3 sprigs of fresh parsley;

- a piece of horseradish root 5-6 cm long;
- 3 garlic cloves;
- two bay leaves;

- 55 grams of granulated sugar;

- You need to cut the onion into rings, the carrots into circles. Chili is cut together with seeds. Tomatoes are pierced in the area of the stem with a toothpick to prevent them from bursting. The garlic is peeled and washed.
- Place a dill umbrella, a parsley branch, a piece of hot chili, a garlic clove, a bay leaf and several pieces of carrots and onions at the bottom of the container. Add a piece of horseradish root several centimeters long. If it is thick, then you can take a shorter piece. If you want to make it spicier, add pepper in the form of peas in addition to the spicy one.
- The jar is filled to the very top with tomatoes. They need to be topped with pieces of onion, bell pepper and carrots.
- Now you need to pour the required amount of water into the pan and put it on fire. After boiling, it is poured into a jar so that it fills the container to the top.
- Cover the jar with a lid and leave for half an hour.
- The liquid from the tomatoes is poured into a saucepan, salt and sugar are added and boiled.
- Vinegar is added to the jar and the newly boiled solution is poured to the top edge.
