Fruit characteristics

The fruits of the Pani Yana variety grow very tasty, round in shape, dense in constitution, with a smooth glossy skin. When ripe, they become pink, and the weight of each of them reaches 200 grams. It is noteworthy that even when overripe, the fruits do not crack. These tomatoes are versatile: they can be eaten either fresh or cooked in a marinade.

The description of Pani Yana cannot do without brief information about the plant’s resistance to key tomato diseases. Thanks to its rapid ripening, the crop successfully avoids late blight. Plantings also need to be protected from cicadas and aphids. To do this, the greens are sprayed with non-toxic agents such as Actofit, Fas or Karbofos.
